Simon Cowell took his fans' worries away by giving the latest update about his health over a month after his recent bike accident.

Cowell almost left himself crippled after the e-bike accident he got involved in years ago. But he put himself in danger again after suffering from a similar event last month.

In an exclusive interview with ET's Kevin Frazier during "America's Got Talent Live" at the Luxor Hotel & Casino, the judge revealed that he is back on riding his bike again.

He detailed that he was able to pedal again after his doctor reduced the size of his cast.

"Had a plast from here to here," he said. "So that was taken off three days ago. I was cycling the last couple of days."

For what it's worth, Cowell injured himself after facing another e-bike accident following the first one that left him bedridden for months.

According to The Sun, the media mogul - who was not wearing a helmet -- smashed his body and e-bike after going at 20 mph. The entertainment mogul received help from passersby before responders arrived at the scene.

"He was pedaling along, with his electric motor on, when the wheels suddenly went from under him after hitting a wet patch," a source told the news outlet. "He slipped and went flying over the handlebars into the middle of the road."

Cowell was also visibly soaked with blood before he was rushed to a medical facility after suffering a broken arm and concussion.

A week later, his spokesperson delivered the saddening news to PEOPLE, saying that the 62-year-old tested positive for COVID-19.

As Cowell continues to recover, he revealed that the wedding planning is already underway.
