He may not remain a bachelor for much longer, since it has been discovered that he is contemplating proposing to Alexandra Grant, his long-term girlfriend.

As a source previously revealed to Life and Style (via OK magazine), the "Matrix" actor has never gone down on one knee before, but he is now not even trying to hide the fact that he is planning to do so since he believes that "she is the one."

The insider went on to say that not only is Keanu secure in their relationship, but majority of his friends have also given their blessing to the union, according to reports.

"His pals are aware of how pleased he's been, and he's spoken about making Alexandra his wife. He was recently observed ring shopping in West Hollywood," the source said.

In addition, Keanu was recently photographed shopping for diamonds, pearls, and aquamarine at Irene Neuwirth on Melrose Place, according to OK magazine.

Despite the fact that the pair has previously been indifferent in their relationships, theirs is apparently the simplest since they go with the flow together and "mesh wonderfully," according to the source.

When questioned why their relationship is successful, the source said that they are now more mature and stable, and they "know what they want" to do with their lives in the future.

Additionally, there is no drama, and they are genuinely in love with one another.

The relationship between the 57-year-old Hollywood actor and his 49-year-old artist lover began in 2018. But they grew close and began to collaborate in 2009, when they started working together.

They even worked together on two books: "Ode to Happiness," which was published in 2011, and "Shadows," which was published in 2015.

A similar strategy was used by Keanu Reeves and his girlfriend, who remained anonymous until their red carpet appearance in November 2019 at the LACMA Art Film Gala.

When the news of their relationship made headlines, another insider said that the "John Wick" actor's pals were overjoyed that he had "finally found happiness with such a great lady."

In fact, according to reports, Keanu couldn't stop raving over his girlfriend. It is believed that even his mother, Patricia Taylor, is a fan of Alexandra Grant.

According to a source in 2020, "Patricia initially met Alexandra over a year ago and had an immediate connection with her." The two of them have a great deal in common, including a shared love of the arts."
