Is Angelina Jolie going against the feds? For inaction over her case charging Brad Pitt with assault?

She has not said so herself, but this "Jane Doe's" story seems awfully similar to hers.

According to Radar Online, a woman identified only as "Jane Doe" has filed a complaint against the FBI in connection with an assault investigation that implicated her estranged spouse.

Plaintiff's "then-husband" had "physically and verbally attacked" her while onboard a private jet with their child, according to an inquiry by US District Court Chief Judge Beryl Howell, who revealed the case in response to the probe.

Additionally, the judge disclosed that the claimed brawl took place some years ago, which is comparable to the "Maleficent" actress' bombshell charges against the "Ad Astra" actor, which quickly precipitated their high-profile divorce.

While the name of Jane Doe hasn't been disclosed, many people can't help but draw parallels and links to Angelina's long-running struggle with Brad, which has been going on for years.

While Brad and his eldest son Maddox were in the plane, he was accused of becoming "verbally abusive" and even "physical," according to prior reports. After an investigation was conducted in 2016, the celebrity father was found to be not guilty of the charges of abuse.

According to the attorney representing Jane Doe, the plaintiff "wanted to maintain the family's anonymity in the new filing," according to the lawyer.

"Our position is that victims and survivors should be able to access federal agency records of crimes they experienced or reported, as is common at the state level, so that they can advocate for help and trauma care, as well as legal protection for their children and themselves," the statement reads.

According to the documents, Jane has been attempting to obtain records for years but has been "stonewalled," and has even had to "turn to court action in order to obtain those much needed data."

"It is vital to take legislative action."

While the lawyer sought that the lawsuit be sealed from the public in order to protect the children who are minors involved in the case, the judge found that simply concealing the woman's identify would be sufficient to shield her children from the litigation.

In the midst of her legal custody fight with the "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" actress, the "Tomb Raider" star is still figuring out the specifics of her child custody arrangement with the actress, with whom she has minor children Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 15, and 13-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Maddox, 20 years old, and Pax, 18 years old, are already of legal age.
