Amber Heard showed worrying signs of being suicidal during his relationship with Johnny Depp, a new witness said.

The defamation trial between Depp and Heard started again on Monday, welcoming a set of witnesses whose testimonies play a huge role in the case.

One of the new witnesses, Erin Boerum-Falati, spoke up and recalled the time she worked for the estranged couple.

Law & Crime Network correspondent Angenette Levy updated her followers about Falati's testimony, adding that she is an addiction nurse who worked with Depp and Heard.

She first started her statement by recalling a text exchange with Adam Waldman in 2019 or 2020. She could not recall Adam's last name. Falati was also asked about the nursing notes she made about Depp and Heard in Australia.

According to the witness, she was aware of the incident that happened between the then-couple that severed Depp's finger. After the incident, she wrote that her client expressed feeling "sad."

When she met Heard after the incident, she apparently does not recall seeing the actress fearing Depp despite her claims. For what it's worth, the actress declared that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor held her hostage for three days and assaulted her.

Later that month, Whitney Heard texted her, saying that the "Aquaman" star wanted to kill herself before falling asleep. With that, Heard would have her friends around her for support.

Aside from Heard's suicidal thoughts, Falati also shared a note where she wrote Heard had been experiencing more anxiety. She also began having outbursts of anger and rage.

"I recall her being very angry. It was in London. That would have been 2014. I believe it was in reference to an incident about her phone," she said.

Falati was reportedly in London at that time and recalled how Heard was yelling and crying due to an incident about her phone.

Elsewhere in the testimony, she shared the time she delivered medication to the actress at home. She spotted blood at the center of her lower lip, and Heard claimed it was an injury she sustained during an argument with Depp.

Her notes show that Heard lost clumps of hair while her head was bruised following the altercation. However, Falati shared that she examined the actress's head and did not find those cases. Still, she advised her to see a doctor.

Before taking the stand, Falati famously revealed several conditions of Heard, which the actress never outed before, and dismissed some of her medical claims.

Eleanor Laws QC, Depp's representative, once questioned Heard over the medical note Boerum wrote. The nurse wrote she had a history of anxiety, eating disorder, and ADHD.

She also revealed Heard has a history of substance abuse, including cocaine and alcohol addiction.
