Amber Heard has been reprimanded severely by Johnny Depp's lawyer during the cross-examination.

After a week-long break, Depp and his team came back stronger that they successfully reproved Heard during the cross-examination. Experts believe that the time off allowed the actor and his party to carefully prepare to question the actress.

On Monday, after an afternoon break and a long sidebar with the judge, the actor's legal team started the cross-examination.

Camille Vasquez, the lead of the cross-examination, consecutively dropped damaging blows against the actress.

What Amber Heard Said During Cross-Examination

Vasquez started her statement strong, as she told the "Aquaman" actress that Depp has not looked at her once during the defamation trial since "she knows" the real reason why.

The team played audio from a meeting in San Francisco in 2016, in which Depp can be heard saying "you will never see my eyes again."

She then showed a series of pictures taken after Depp allegedly abused Heard and pointed out that there was no single visible injury in all of the images.

Vasquez questioned Heard about the incidents where she claims the actor beat her face while wearing his rings. The actress testifies that there were no injuries on her face when they were promoting "The Lone Ranger."

Heard challenged her that Vasquez should have seen what her broken nose looked like underneath the makeup during the 2014 Met Gala. However, the lawyer hit back and said that the actress is now in court after the actor broke his silence and revealed that he is a victim of domestic violence.

Elsewhere in the cross-examination, the actress failed to present evidence that could prove her testimony about the injuries she sustained. Vasquez pressed harder due to the lack of documented physical injuries, making Heard's statements questionable.

Heard revealed that Depp kneeled on her back before a premiere in Tokyo in 2015. But her backless dress showed no visible marks or bruises.

She also does not have photos of the injuries she allegedly sustained during a trip to Australia. She insisted that she had cuts on her forearms, a bruise on her jaw, and injuries on the bottom of her feet - but she never presented proof of any of those.

As for the sexual abuse, Heard reportedly did not seek medical treatment since she did not want to tell anyone about it. She added that she did not need to seek medical attention for the cuts on her face.

Depp's attorney received praises for her mistake-free cross-examination. The trial will resume tomorrow, and fans can expect more heated arguments between the two parties.
