Bridgerton star Ruby Barker has been discharged from the hospital, after dealing with personal mental health issues - and she has some positive words and inspiring statements to share.

Ruby Barker, who plays the role of Marina Thompson on the hit series Bridgerton, has reportedly been struggling with her mental health for some time. She reflected that she had been living with the feeling that the weight of the entire world was constantly on her shoulders.

After seeking treatment for this, she has come out the other side with a positive outlook, on life and an inspiring message to many.

In a video, Barker addressed the camera, thanking everyone for the love and support that she felt during this incredibly trying time. She opens her to-the-camera address saying:

"I just want to say a massive, massive, 'Thank you,' to everybody. Everyone has been, from the press, the media, to my loved ones, my friends, my supporters, to people that follow me, you have all been incredible. Like, literally. You've made me feel so happy to be alive."

The Bridgerton star went on to share advice to all that was originally given to her by Claudia Jessie, the actor who plays Eloise on the Regency Era romance.

She said:

"She told me to flip the coin. It might be dull on one side, but just flip the coin and you'll find it's shiny on the other. It's training your mind to find the funny, to find the light, to find the positive. It's a really hard thing to do, but if you can get into the practice of doing that, you've got it."

"I just want everybody to feel good and to feel supported and loved and held and heard. Anybody that's in a dark place right now, I just want you to know I see you I feel you. Find the funny and flip that coin."

We are so thrilled that Barker is feeling better and ready to take on the world!
