Actor Ezra Miller has reached a new level of problematic this week.

Turns out, police in Hawaii are having trouble tracking down Miller in order to serve them papers for their role in grooming a then-underage Tokata Iron Eyes, now 18.

Her parents, Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle were given an order of protection against The Flash star for what was quoted as "cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior" after Miller provided Tokata with alcohol and drugs, after starting a friendship with their daughter beginning when she was just 12 years old.

According to Chase Iron Eyes:

"[Miller] move[s] around so much [that] we're stuck in this legal limbo situation, and we can't serve them in any place they're in long enough. They've been flighty. They've been avoiding service, and now there's public pressure mounting on them to make a decision, which makes us very concerned about Ezra's volatile nature."

To make matters worse, Miller just went on a bizarre Instagram rant, posting several memes where he taunted the police with slogans such as,

"you can't catch me i am in another universe."

And,

"I am shielded from negative people & their ill intent. My spirit, mind, body, soul + success are not altered by anyone's envy. I am protected from all negative [illegible] people attempt to throw at me. Subconsciously & consciously. I clear any & all hidden peers who are hidden enemies."

To make things even stranger, soon after posting these and many others, Miller deleted the account.

Between this and the other charges brought against Miller earlier this year for harassing bar patrons and accosting people in their own homes, things don't look good for the actor, who proves time and time again their inability to not be a public nuisance.

Fans have been calling on Warner Bros. to recast the completed Flash movie, which could tank at the box office due to Miller's erratic behavior, but the studio has no plans as of yet to do so.

Enstarz will keep you posted as this strange saga continues to unfold.
