Jennifer Lopez suffers from panic-induced paralysis as a result of her demanding work.

Fans of the singer-actress are now concerned that she is on the verge of another terrifying breakdown.

According to the National Enquirer, a doctor believes JLo's drive for perfection and desire to remain in the spotlight is putting her health at risk.

Dr. Gabe Mirkin explained the same circumstances that led the "Maid in Manhattan" actress to suffer from grave health concerns in the past might lead to comparable attacks now.

JLo recently said that she worked continuously in her twenties due to a demanding schedule that wore her out physically and mentally.

It gave her terrible panic episodes and rendered her unable to move.

"All the labor and stress it brought with it, along with insufficient sleep to heal psychologically caught up with me," she explained.

JLo also stated that she was "totally frozen" and "couldn't see well," adding that the symptoms scared her and that the "fear compounded itself."

Ben Affleck's wife said that she was worried she was going insane, but a doctor told her that she was simply physically and psychologically fatigued, which caused her temporary paralysis.

Mirkin, on the other hand, warned that JLo is a ticking time bomb, and the paralysis might reoccur at any time.

The "Hustlers" star allegedly vowed that she is taking better care of herself these days, but sources say she is continuing on the same arduous path that led to her previous paralysis.

"She's deceiving herself if she believes she's leading a balanced life of wellness and getting ten hours of sleep a night," one source told the newspaper.

According to the informant, Jennifer Lopez has been working out at the gym for two hours every day, staying up until dawn to work on various projects, and without eating anything to maintain her trademark curves.

In fact, her spouse has asked her to ease down since she has been putting too much pressure on herself.

Mirkin, who has not treated the pop diva, warned that such a high pace might be hazardous to her health, stating, "There is evidence linking a lack of sleep and adequate rest to an elevated risk in a variety of areas. If she collapses again, that might be a big problem!"

However, because there is no verification that the information is real, it is better to take it with a grain of salt.
