Does Florence Pugh have any regrets about working with Harry Styles on "Don't Worry Darling?"

The passionate scenes between the up-and-coming actress and the former One Direction band member have lit up the internet in their new movie trailer.

Florence, on the other hand, is speaking out against how fans and the media are fixated on the trailer's erotic elements.

When discussing the September edition of Harper's Bazaar, Florence stated that "that's not why we do it" when "it's down to your sex scenes" or "to see the most famous man in the world go down on someone."

"It's not why I'm in this industry," she explained.

While the "Little Women" actress admitted that the reactions from fans were "obviously, the nature of hiring the most famous pop star in the world, you're going to have conversations like that," she added, "obviously, the nature of hiring the most famous pop star in the world, you're going to have conversations like that."

Florence also stated that she would refrain from commenting on the subject, but that the Olivia Wilde-directed psychological thriller is "larger and better" than its sex scenes.

"And those who created it are bigger and better."

Although the 26-year-old is keeping her lips shut about the personal on-screen moments with the "Watermelon Sugar" singer, he took a different route.

In an interview with Howard Stern earlier this year, Harry Styles spoke openly about filming the sex sequences in the film.

The British pop sensation admitted that he felt vulnerable while filming the passionate scenes, claiming that he had never kissed someone on camera before taking part in this production.

"It felt like giving a part of myself away in some way," the "As It Was" singer remarked, before adding that trust and transparency should be present when filming these kind of moments.

On the set of "Don't Worry Darling," he also advocated for open and honest communication.
