Amanda Bynes has debuted a bold hair transformation after trading her dark locks for platinum blonde tresses.

Last Thursday, the former child actor and star of "The Amanda Show" showcased her freshly dyed hair styled in two space buns, revealing shaved sides above her ears.

Photos published by Page Six showed her carrying two venti-sized drinks in a travel tray as she walked home from Starbucks in Marina del Ray, California.

Bynes appeared to be in good spirits, sporting lilac skinny jeans and a cropped collared shirt with an empowering message about following one's dreams.

The actress completed her look with black Vans and a touch of red lipstick.

This public appearance came just days before the launch of Bynes' new project, "Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast," on Spotify.

In the inaugural episode of the podcast, which aired Saturday, Bynes and her co-host, biochemist Paul Sieminski, interviewed Los Angeles tattoo artist Dahlia Moth, touching on topics such as tattoos and societal perceptions.

Bynes, who has a small heart tattooed on her left cheek, said in the episode, "Nobody cares anymore if people have face tattoos. It shouldn't matter."

The 37-year-old previously teased on Instagram what fans should expect from her podcast, sharing that they planned to interview friends before venturing into conversations with celebrities and artists.

She expressed excitement about Sieminski's involvement, highlighting his scientific background as a valuable addition to the podcast.

"Having his beautiful mind being a part of this podcast is just going to bring it to another level, I think, 'cause he's going to ask great questions, and I think he'll kind of carry most of the weight in terms of just, like, topics of conversation," she wrote.

The podcast marks Bynes' return to on-screen projects since her 2010 comedy "Easy A."

She quit acting in 2010 amid rumors of substance abuse, followed by a public breakdown that led to her placement under a conservatorship in August 2013.

During the eight-year conservatorship, which ended in March 2022, Bynes was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

In March, Bynes was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold after she was found walking around Los Angeles naked, TMZ reported.

At the time, she was forced to skip a scheduled reunion with "All That" castmates Kel Mitchell, Danny Tamberelli, Lori Beth Denberg and Kenan Thompson.

Bynes stayed in a mental health facility for three weeks before being released following the episode. However, after this, she continued to be in and out of mental health centers for months.
