Though engaged couple Perrie Edwards, of Little Mix fame, and Zayn Malik have been separate for some time as One Direction travels on tour, they will reunite in Australia later this month when both bands perform in the land down under.

Little Mix is heading back to Australia for some promotional gigs and One Direction is currently touring Oz as part of their Take Me Home world tour. The girl band's official Twitter account confirmed news of their travels on Oct. 3, saying, "Hey mixers! We're so excited to be coming back to Australia! We can't wait to see all our amazing mixers in a few weeks! :D Perrie <3"

Their Australian representatives confirmed that Little Mix will perform on The X Factor: Australia on Oct. 21, according to Sugarscape.com. The band's next album, titled Salute, is available for pre-order Oct. 7 and will be released in stores Nov. 11. One Direction is also gearing up for the release of their new album. Midnight Memories, the United Kingdom band's third studio album, will be released Nov. 25.

Edwards and Malik met in December 2011 on the set of the United K's X Factor. They began dating in April 2012 and moved in together in February 2013. Malik got an image of Edwards' face tattooed on his right arm in June of this year during the band's visit to Maryland.  

Edwards debuted her engagement ring at One Direction's This Is Us film premiere on Aug. 20 in London's Leicester Square. Edwards' mother, Debbie Duffy, confirmed the couple's engagement in an interview with Real Radio North East's Gary and Lisa Show. 

"It's true. They got engaged on Sunday and it was absolutely lovely and, you know, I feel . . . it's wonderful because Zayn's absolutely gorgeous and Perrie loves him to pieces and it's just perfect!" she said. "They just get on so well together and they understand each other so it's just fabulous!"
