Brandi Glanville treated her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Kim Richards, to a birthday dinner on Oct. 9 after both ladies attended Life & Style's Hollywood in Hot Pink Party.

"Both of them had been at the Life & Style party," a source tells E! News. "After that, Brandi took Kim to dinner at Fleming's in Beverly Hills to celebrate Kim's birthday. Kim drank soda and smoked vapor cigarettes during dinner. She's really committed to her sobriety."

The steakhouse also gifted Richards with a set of steak knives before she left, according to the report.

Glanville and Richards' friendship has come a long way. They were at odds in season 2 of TRHOBH and Richards tended to keep her distance in season 3 while Glanville acting like best friends with Lisa Vanderpump. Much as changed since then and as Glanville continues her feud with Vanderpump, which will play out on screen in season 4 of the reality series, she and Richards have gotten much closer.

The two cast members were at a bonfire with other friends in late September and were photographed kissing on the lips.

"Soooooo much fun! Another #RHOBH kiss, I love me some @KimRichards11," Glanville captioned the shot, later adding, "Chilling with my favorite peeps! :)"

The reality stars also went on a double date in June, sources told E! News at the time.

The new season of Housewives premieres Nov. 4 on Bravo at 8 p.m. ET. The cast includes Kyle Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Yolanda Foster, and newcomers Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia.

Former Housewives star Camilla Grammer underwent surgery to treat early-stage endometrial cancer on Oct. 11 and after hearing about it, Glanville wished her only the best.

"Camille is a strong woman and I know she'll come out of this even stronger," Glanville said. "She has been a good friend to me and I send her all my love."

Grammer's rep confirmed that the reality star had a "radical hysterectomy" and is expected to make a full recovery after a "significant recuperation period."

She was "at elevated risk due to genetic issues," her publicist added, and "has been diligent about regular checkups and monitoring, which explains that early detection and rapid treatment."
