Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's custody battle over their 4-year-old daughter Bryn has taken a nasty turn as the ex-couple have both taken the stand to testify against each other at a Manhattan Family Court on Wednesday. Hoppy is willing to settle for half custody of their daughter, while Frankel wants full custody of Bryn.

According to reports, Frankel says Hoppy made life difficult for her after she wrote a letter to him asking for a divorce. Hoppy would "torture" Frankel in the home they shared with their daughter during their trial separation period.

When Frankel first asked Hoppy for a divorce, he allegedly told her, "If you don't want to be with me and you're ending this marriage, I want nothing to do with you ever again. I'm going to destroy you. You're already losing fans. I'm going to ruin you."

Hoppy's lawyer also claims that Frankel took all of Bryn's toys from their apartment out of spite while Hoppy apparently fed Bryn meat to spite Frankel, despite her vegetarian diet.

"The person I knew before that letter vanished. Every actor during the day, it felt like, was being down to torture me. He would leave the house in shambles -- dishes piled everywhere, garbage piled everywhere," Frankel said. "He'd pee and poop and leave it in the toilet. He would turn the television on as loud as he could and then put the remote control in his backpack and leave with it."

Frankel added, "He would take bad press about me and put it on the counter. He would say things to Bryn like, 'Mommy should be the witch. She's a great witch. You'll be the princes and I'll be the prince."

Frankel and Hoppy were married in March 2010, two months before Frankel gave birth to Bryn. The couple announced they were separating in December 2012.
