New details regarding Wonder Woman's costume in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice may have been revealed, and fans of the character's skimpier outfit may be disappointed.

A new report by Moviepilot is suggesting that Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman costume in Batman v Superman will be similar to the one the character wore in Wonder Woman #600. This costume ultimately inspired the variation found in the game Injustice: Gods Among Us.

While many know Wonder Woman for her skimpy bathing suit, the report is claiming rumors that she will be more covered up, with navy blue pants and a jacket.

Ben Affleck Batsuit Actually Blue & Gray Rather Than All-Black?

News of the Wonder Woman costume comes in the weeks after Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder revealed the new Batsuit, which Ben Affleck will be wearing when he assumes the role of Batman.

With production beginning on Batman v Superman in Michigan, it is only a matter of time before the world gets their first glimpse at Gadot in character as Wonder Woman.

So far, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has an all-star cast that includes Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent, Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White and Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne's butler. Holly Hunter is also slated to star as a new character, though rumors state that she will play a "female Alfred" type of character.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled for release in theaters on May 6, 2016.
