Jason Momoa has a particularly strong message for Marvel as he prepares to become a leading star in rival DC's Cinematic Universe.

'Batman v Superman' Will Be More Realistic Than Marvel Movies?

Momoa is set to play Aquaman in multiple DC films over the next few years, including Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League and Aquaman. The actor decided to indulge in the rivalry between DC and Marvel at Indiana Comic-Con this weekend.

The actor attended the fan event and was asked by fan Liz Guadiana to sign an Aquaman poster by answering a very specific question: "Can you write down a reason why all these DC haters out there should join our DC universe?"

Momoa kept his answer short and sweet, writing "F--- Marvel" on the poster.

Marvel and DC have been rivals even before getting into the movie business, with both dabbling heavily in the superhero business. DC's characters include Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and of course Aquaman, while Marvel's big superheroes include Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor and the Incredible Hulk.

Marvel has been enormously successful with their Cinematic Universe, which has grossed billion of dollars worldwide with hits like the Iron Man trilogy, the Captain America movies, the Thor movies and The Avengers. They are about to release The Avengers: Age of Ultron in May.

Meanwhile, DC is widening their universe with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016 and further movies like Justice League Part One and Two, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Suicide Squad, Aquaman and more.
