America's sweetheart just got even sweeter.

Actress Jennifer Aniston brought Jimmy Fallon's newborn daughter, Winnie Rose, an adorable Winnie the Pooh doll while she was on his show

"You never have to bring me a gift," the late-night host said, as he opened the gift-wrapped box Aniston gave him.

"I just wanted to," Aniston said. "Because you had something very exciting happen-you and Miss Nancy [Fallon's wife.] And I'm just so excited!"

"Is it a puppy?" the new dad asked as he reached in the box. The plush Pooh doll he pulled out is even cuter.

"Oh my goodness...She's about the size of this," he said, weighing the round stuffed animal in his hands while grinning.

"It's so cute!" Jen said. "Look at these little feet!"

The conversation got even more precious when the actress confessed she snuggled with the toy bear the night before.

"Now I have to confess something...This is such a cozy little squishy doll, I slept with it last night," Aniston said. "I cuddled with it!"

"I was embarrassed," she jokingly added. "I woke up and I was like, 'Winnie's in my bed.'"

The two then talked about Aniston's upcoming movie We're The Millers, in which Aniston plays a stripper who is hired to act as a guy's wife so he can attempt to smuggle drugs over the border from Mexico.

Aniston was excited that Fallon watched the movie and enjoyed it.

"It's one of the funniest movies I've seen. I think it's going to be the biggest comedy of the summer," the TV host revealed.

We're the Millers is out in the theaters August 9.
