It appears that there was a lot more drama behind the scenes of Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting's marriage than was previously known.

According to a new report the final straw which led to Cuoco filing for divorce came after she forced her husband to go to rehab for his alleged drug abuse problems-and he wound up disappearing after his release. 

"Kaley gave him an ultimatum: 'If you don't stay sober, then I'm done.' He went to rehab, but when he came out he went missing for a period of time...like four days," a source told New York Post's Page Six. 

Ryan Sweeting Files For Spousal Support

Reportedly, it was the final straw and Cuoco then filed for divorce.  

Sweeting allegedly had a history with abuse issues, and has since allegedly completed another stint in rehab, though the report has not been confirmed. Reports of his history with addiction first surfaced last year however. 

"He had some drinking issues in college and he was doing painkillers as early as 2013 at least," the source said.  

However, despite Cuoco being the one to pull the plug on the couple's marriage after 21 months, Sweeting has not backed down and things have gotten uglier. He filed for spousal support earlier this month, and also sought to terminate the court's ability to award Cuoco any spousal support from him. He has also requested she pay his attorney's fees.  

The couple did sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their marriage, though it is unclear what the terms were.
