Kim Kardashian isn't letting her pregnancy slow her down, especially when it comes down to one of the most important nights in Hollywood. The mom-to-be glammed up her best Oscars look for the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, revealing her growing baby bump.

Kim was photographed in a white, fitted Donna Karan gown with her cleavage in full effect. Her boyfriend, Kanye West wasn't in attendance, but she brought along sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian.

Kim showed off her nearly five-month baby bump, and kept her maternity Oscar style completely glamorous with a bold dark red lip, smoky eye and slicked-back hair. She was also accessorized in diamonds by Lorraine Schwartz and heels by her rapper-turner-designer  boyfriend.

Khloe who arrived a bit later at the event, was dressed in a one-shoulder, neon green floor-length gown.

"Sometimes a girl doesn't want her picture taken ... Sneak in and sneak out," Khloe tweeted during the evening, though she shared a snapshot of sister Kourtney mugging for the camera earlier in the evening.

According to the Hollywood Life, Kim also chatted with fellow mom Heidi Klum at the party, and even hung out at the same table.

Klum was also dressed in a sexy gown, revealing a lot of sexy cleavage in a tight Julien Macdonald dress with plenty of cleavage on full display. Her slicked-back hair and edgy accessories completed the look. 

The older Kardashian sister, Kourtney went for a more conservative look in a red-and-black print Brian Rennie for Basler dress with a high collar.

"I didn't stay out too late last night, bc I had to be up early, Kardashian Kollection shoot today w my sissys!" Kim tweeted on Feb. 25

As reported by Enstars on Feb. 23, the Kardashian clan will soon have a little lady to join them.

"They're over the moon!" the source said. "Kanye always wanted a girl.

West or Kim, have yet to confirm the gender of their baby.
