Kim Richards returned to social media on Sunday just days after reports claimed she could be heading back to jail.

As she faces a possible probation violation, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has spoken out on social media about her excitement in welcoming her very first grandchild later this year.

Along with a photo of herself and her longtime friend, Tiffany Weiderhorn, the mother of her daughter Brooke's husband, Richards wrote, "Just came across this photo... Our friendship goes back to a time before Our Babies! And now 'OUR BABIES' @brookewiederhorn & @thayerwiederhorn are going to have their own."

Richards' daughter, Brooke Brinson, married Thayer Weiderhorn in 2014 and over the Easter holiday, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together.

"I'm so excited to continue Our Friendship.. And for this next Chapter of our lives as Grandmas. ... Love you," Richards added to Thayer's mom.

Hours later, Richards shared a second photo on Instagram, which featured her and her doctor.

"At @theroxburyinstitute with one of my favorite doctors, @davidamronmd! #beverlyhills #LA #mondayfunday #sculpsure," Richards captioned the pic.

At the end of last week, TMZ reported news of an alleged arrest warrant issued for Richards after she allegedly failed to prove that she's been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, as she's required to do in order to make right on her plea deal for her shoplifting case.

According to the report, Richards was required to turn in documentation proving she has been going to meetings and completing community service, but so far, she hasn't done so.

"A rep for Kim showed up in court and conceded Kim had no proof she'd made progress in completing her AA classes or community service," the outlet explained. "The judge withdrew the warrant and set a probation violation hearing for June 3. The judge could throw Kim in jail after the hearing if he determines she didn't make a sufficient dent in the classes or community service."
