Pregnant Kim Kardashian was all smiles when she arrived at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards Sunday showing off her growing baby bump.

The reality-tv actress was spotted on the red carpet rocking a sexy black long-sleeved mini dress that not only accentuated her curvy figure, but her baby bump. 

Kim showed a little skin, yet she kept her cleavage hidden. She paired the dress with black pointy shoes and a gold necklace to top the simple, yet elegant look. 

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was more than excited to show off her round baby bump as she posed for pictures with her little sister Kylie Jenner and fans and gave a few interviews outside the Los Angeles' Sony Pictures Studios.

She recently expressed her excitement about her appearance at the MTV Movie Awards, "I'm so excited for the MTV Movie Awards, airing this Sunday, April 14 at 9/8c on MTV! I'll be presenting an award that night so make sure you tune in to watch all the fun surprises! Xo."

The 32-year-old pregnant reality star is scheduled to present the performance from Selena Gomez this evening during the live show.

In the past, critics have been criticizing Kardashian's maternity outfits, but she has been keeping positive.

"Kourtney warned me when you become a mom and become pregnant, there will be this whole new group of critics that will criticize me for everything you do," she said on Good Morning America on March 26. "If I wear one color clothes, I'm in this kind of mood. Or if I wear heels, they're harmful."

Kim Kardashian showed off her bare baby bump recently on April 6, in a self-photo she shared with fans on social media.

In the image posted on her Instagram the 32-year-old appeared to be in her dressing room, decorated with mirrors all around. In the intimate picture, Kim wore black leggings and a white shirt. She had her hair in a ponytail as she snapped the image barefoot.
