Kim Kardashian is reportedly asking that baby gifts for her unborn child be donated to charity.

The reality star and her boyfriend Kanye West have told their loved ones that they do not want gifts for their child, according to TMZ. The couple instead would like donations to be made to Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, where West grew up. Kardashian and West made the request in response to fraudulent claims online, such as websites claiming to represent the pair.

The hospital released a statement thanking the couple for their generosity and extended best wishes to them. Lurie Children's Hospital also shared how it will spend any funds donated to the hospital.

"Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to Kim Kardashian and Kayne West for their thoughtfulness and support of the hospital," the statement read. "We wish them all the best in the upcoming arrival of their baby. Funds donated on behalf of Kardashian and West will be directed to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Fund, which will help care for the most critically ill babies and their families."

Kardashian and West are currently in Paris enjoying a "babymoon" before her due date in July. West arranged for the couple to reunite after she traveled to Greece with her family, where they taped an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. West sent a private jet to pick up his pregnant girlfriend. An insider said, "The plane flew to Paris and now they're spending more alone time there together."

It was reported that her and her sister, Khloe Kardashian-Odom, missed their beaus while in Mykonos. The Kardashian sisters were distraught because their significant others could not join then. West had work obligations and Lamar Odom is playing in the NBA playoffs.

"They were contractually obligated to go but they're miserable," a source said. "Kim and Khloe miss their men! Khloe had wanted to go to Memphis to watch the Clippers play the Grizzlies. This is the most important time of the year for Lamar, and she wanted to be there to support him."
