Perks of Being A Wallflower actress Emma Watson attended the Met Gala Monday night and appeared to have some trouble with her dress as she ascended the stairs into the event.

Watson arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s event in New York City in a black Prabal Gurung gown, a one-shoulder look that showed off her stomach and part of her chest, but didn’t consider the excess fabric that had the actress accepting help from others.

The 23-year-old posed for photographs in the outfit, complete with black stilletos, makeup, and her hair tied back, and needed helped from an organizer of the program as she made her way to the train.

Watson was recently named the world's second best dressed woman in the world, according to Glamour Magazine's annual poll, and is preparing for her role in Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring, which will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival later this month.

The Harry Potter star will also appear in the upcoming action comedy This Is The End, featuring a group of friends who are at James Franco's house when the apocalypse begins.

Watson recently turned down the lead role in Disney’s Cinderella before it was given to 24-year-old Lily James.
