Brad Pitt's parents are apparently very unhappy with Angelina Jolie following news of their impending divorce.

As divorce proceedings continue, Pitt's parents, Jane and Bill, are reportedly "furious" with the way things have gone down between him and Jolie.

"Jane's so heart-broken about the split," a family insider told RadarOnline.com. "Jane has seen little of her son and grandkids since they got married and she and Bill were totally blindsided and devastated by this, just as Brad was.

"She and Bill have been talking to Brad every day. He's in really bad shape and they're worried about him."

Following the divorce announcement, numerous reports came out about Brad possibly emotionally abusing his children, in addition to drug and alcohol abuse and allegations of an affair with Marion Cotillard. Jane has reportedly been broken up about all the nasty rumors.

"Jane's been in tears over the allegations of child abuse and drug use on the part of Brad and can't understand it," the insider told the publication.

Even before the divorce, it seems that Brad's family may have had issues with Jolie.

"Jane tried so hard to bond with Angelina and welcome her into the family but nothing ever seemed to work," the insider said, adding that Jane was still a fan of hers regardless.

Of course, reports of Jane and Bill's feelings on the divorce have not been officially confirmed.

For the time being, Jolie has full custody of her and Brad's six kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. Per the terms of their temporary custody agreement (as determined by the Department of Child and Family Services), Brad has visited the kids with a therapist, who will determine if future visits can go unsupervised.
