The legal battle of Kesha to get freed from her music ties with Dr. Luke continues and she now revealed new evidence. The "Cannibal" singer presented a series of email exchanged with the music producer to prove that he is emotionally tormenting her.

New documents were filed in New York state court recently revealing an email message between Monica Cornia, Kesha's manager, and Dr. Luke. The 43-year-old record producer was criticizing the 29-year-old singer's diet saying that she has been breaking her juice regime by taking soda and eating turkey.

Dr. Luke said in an email on June 28, 2012, that they were all concern when Kesha broke her diet plan almost every day as they have witnessed it for a number of times, The Independent reported. The songwriter, whose real name is Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, even mentioned that no one from the high-profile songwriters and producers wanted to give her their songs because of her weight.

Another email dated May 2012 revealed Kesha and Dr. Luke's argument over a song's lyrics. However, the latter's lawyer, Christine Lepera, said in a statement that "emails don't "disclose the larger record of evidence."

She added that it just showed the bad faith of Kesha and her legal representatives that brought great damage to their team. In fact, Lepera insisted that the emails just showed Dr. Luke's concern and support to Kesha; from her weight to her career.

Meanwhile, Page Six reported that Kesha is asking the jurist to reconsider her case after a Manhattan judge ruled that she couldn't break ties with Sony and Dr. Luke. This is in spite of the "Tik Tok" hitmaker that he had allegedly raped her and insulted her wellbeing.

"Kesha wants to be free from her abuser and rebuild her physical, emotional, and mental health," her lawyers stated in court papers. Dr. Luke has denied all the claims and accusations.
