Singer Tamar Braxton has allegedly decided to call it quits with her husband of 9 years, Vincent Herbert.

Reports are stating that Braxton has filed for divorce from the music executive, just weeks before the premiere of their WEtv hit reality show, Tamar & Vince. The couple is parents to one son, Logan, who just recently celebrated his fourth birthday. Braxton has been known for her outspoken personality and has never been shy to speak her mind about any subject. Braxton met Herbert through her eldest sister, famed singer Toni Braxton, back in 2003 after splitting from her first husband, music producer Darrell "Delit" Allamby.

Since her shocking departure from The Real daytime show, Braxton has made headlines quite often with her on-going feuds against her former co-hosts and friends, as well as former friends, singer Tameka "Tiny" Cottle (whom she has made amends with) and reality TV star, Toya Wright. The singer has also released numerous coy and subliminal messages on her social media pages, alluding to troubles between the "Herberts."In August 2016, police dispatchers were sent to the Atlanta hotel where the couple was staying, after a call was made to settle a domestic dispute between the two. Herbert spoke to Entertainment Tonight soon after, firmly stating that the couple was "fine" and in a good place.

Braxton has just released her latest and final studio album, Bluebird of Happiness, which she has described as her best work yet. She also stated that she would be taking a step back from the music scene, but not altogether quitting, to save her marriage.

"My husband [music executive Vince Herbert] and I work very close together and it's really hard, you know? Not only do we work together, he is my baby daddy and, you know, we've been together forever. He's my best friend. It's a lot of things to discuss and argue about," she stated to ET in September.

The news follows the recent revelation that her former co-host, Jeannie Mai, is also divorcing her husband, Freddy Harteis, from The Hollywood Hunter.
