It looks like former American Idol winner Jordin Sparks has something to celebrate. The singer is a married woman! Sparks tied the knot with her beau, Dana Isaiah, in July and apparently, the couple is expecting a little addition to their family.

The couple tied the knot in Hawaii while on vacation with friends. The singer confirmed the news to People Magazine with Sparks stating she couldn't believe she took this giant leap after wanting to remain single for awhile.

"It's been really crazy because everything changes. Once we got over the initial shock of it, now again just like it is with the marriage, to be able to share that this amazing thing is happening, it's such a great thing," Sparks stated.

Isaiah, who is pursuing a career in modeling, is two years younger than Sparks. Just like his new wife, he is religious, loves basketball, and staying in shape. The couple has been sharing photos of them working out and attending basketball games on social media.

Sparks won the singing competition back in 2007 at the age of 17, making her the youngest American Idol winner. Since then, the artist rose to stardom and made her place in the music industry after releasing her first self-titled album, which featured songs like "No Air" and "Tattoo."

"No Air" featured artist, Chris Brown, and earned the singer her first Grammy-nomination and became the third highest-selling single by any American Idol contestant, with over three million digital copies sold in the United States.

Jordin released her second album, Battlefield, in 2009 and the album reached number 7 on the Billboard 200 charts. The lead single, "Battlefield," scored the number 10 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

Sparks then ventured into acting, appearing on Broadway and making several guest appearances on the TV shows like Big Time Rush, The Suite Life of Zack, and Cody, Wild N' Out, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

In 2012, she made her film debut in the movie called Sparkle, a remake of the 1976 original film. Sparks played the lead character, Sparkle, and starred alongside Derek Luke, Mike Epps, Cee Lo Green, Carmen Ejogo, Tika Sumpter, Tamela Mann, Omari Hardwick, and the late Whitney Houston. The "One Step at a Time" singer also starred in the Lifetime film, Dear Secret Santa, and the apocalyptic thriller, Left Behind.

Before meeting Isaiah, Jordin Sparks was in a high-profile relationship with her fellow singer, Jason Derulo, for three years and artist, Sage the Gemini.
