Actor and comedian T.J. Miller has been accused of sexually assaulting and physically violating a woman. Miller has been accused of choking and punching the woman numerous times during their sexual encounters in the past.

The Victim

The accuser, who has chosen to remain anonymous, recounted the incident in a detailed article that was published by the Daily Beast. The woman stated that the incidents occurred while the two attended George Washington University. The two were members of the university's comedy troupe and were involved in a relationship. The woman claims a few months into their relationship, Miler violently shook her and punched her in the mouth during sex.

The woman claims in another incident, Miller became increasingly violent towards her while the two has sex. Miller allegedly, choked her and penetrated her anally without her consent.

"He just tried a lot of things without asking me, and at no point asked me if I was all right. He choked me, and I kept staring at his face hoping he would see that I was afraid and [that he] would stop... I couldn't say anything," the woman stated.

One of the victim's roommate confirmed her story, by adding she remembers the cuts and bruises on her face and recalled that several other roommates offered to take her to the hospital.

The woman elaborated that she choose to come forward with her story now because of the current allegations making headlines, where many men in Hollywood have been called out for their intolerable sexual behavior.

Miller Speaks Out

Miller has given his response to the woman's accusations, denying her story and claiming he was falsely accused. Miller and his wife, Kate Gorney, have jointly stated that the woman attempted to break the pair up in college and is now using the current situation plaguing Hollywood to her advantage.

"We met this woman over a decade ago while studying together in college, she attempted to break us up back then by plotting for over a year before making contradictory claims and accusations. She was asked to leave our university comedy group because of worrisome and disturbing behavior, which angered her immensely, she then became fixated on our relationship, and began telling people around campus 'I'm going to destroy them' and 'I'm going to ruin him,'" the Millers wrote in a statement

Miller starred in the HBO sitcom, Silicon Valley, and the film, Office Christmas Party. He will also be featured in the upcoming Steven Spielberg film, Ready Set One, that hits theaters in 2018.
