Celebrities may live a different life from most normal people, but when it comes to their children, they are just as protective of what the kids watch.
Sarah Michelle Gellar was shocked to see one of her films labeled as a 'family movie." The film in question isn't one of her actual kid movies, like Scooby Doo. This film, which was one of her more risque roles, is not meant for children's eyes.

'Cruel Intentions' For Kids?

While searching through the family and kids section on AppleTV, a man whose Instagram username is @RogerKumble found the actress' film, Cruel Intentions, as an option. The film was right in between the films Despicable Me 3 and My Little Pony: The Movie.

The 40 year-old actress reposted the image with an amusing caption on her Instagram page.

Gellar's post has received over a thousand comments. Apple TV has yet to respond for their blunder.
The '90s romantic teen drama starred Gellar, Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Phillippe, Selma Blair, and Joshua Jackson. Based on the novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses, the film followed two wealthy stepsiblings (Phillipe and Gellar) who plot on the demise of their fellow classmates. The cult film was made into a musical on Broadway.

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star also co-executive-produced a television series based on the film in 2016. Gellar was set to reprise her role as Kathryn Merteuil.

Gellar is married to actor Freddy Prinze, Jr. whom she starred with in the films I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997 and Scooby Doo 1 & 2. The couple has two children, Charlotte and Rocky.
