Robert Pattinson is reportedly rekindling his romance with his Remember Me co-star Emilie De Ravin, whom he dated during a temporary split with Kristen Stewart in 2009.

Entertainmentwise reported that De Gavin, who Pattinson dated while they filmed the movie in 2009, attended his Great Gatsby-themed party he threw at his former home to celebrate his friend, film director Niki Jarecki's birthday on June 22.

The new report suggests that De Ravin might be dating Pattinson following his recent breakup with Kristen Stewart.

A source told People that Pattinson is "definitely over" Stewart and that he had "plenty of women around him but he didn't seem interested in anyone in particular" at the party.

Entertainment Wise suggests that Pattinson's chemistry and history with De Gavin may have inspired him to take up a renewed interest in the Australian actress.

It was first reported in January that De Ravin and Pattinson met up in Australia while he was there for a nine weeks filming a sci-fi thriller The Rover.

A source told LOOK  at the time that "Rob and Emilie get on ridiculously well."

 "They stayed in touch after working together, and now Rob's moving over to her home country their texts and calls have stepped up again," the insider said in January. "They've arranged to meet as soon as possible."

According to the insider, Pattinson meeting with De Ravin did not go over well with Stewart after he told her his intentions to meet with the actress he worked with.

"When he mentioned that they might meet up, Kristen flipped," the source told LOOK. "This tipped her over the edge and in turn seems to have made Rob realize their relationship was never going to go back to how it was."

"Kristen knows that Rob and Em are close and that must have been difficult for her," the source added.

De Gain told MTV in January, 2010 that her chemistry with Pattinson is what finalized her casting for the role alongside him in the film.

"Rob and (I) mmediately got along and had instant great chemistry, which is not an easy thing to come by," she reportedly told MTV at the time. "Obviously you're acting, but you want to have that connection with somebody. We had it. 

Hollywood Life reported in July, 2012 that one of the reasons Stewart cheated on Pattinson with Rupert Sanders, who directed her Snow White & The Huntsman is because she was jealous of Pattinson's friendship with De Ravin.
