Jennifer Lopez is the latest celebrity to launch a cosmetics line. Reports announced Lopez is preparing to enter the beauty industry with her new company, Inglot Cosmetics.

J. Lo's Makeup Line

Details for the now highly-anticipated line were released Thursday. It’s said to be a limited-edition product that will be released April 26. It will feature 70 different colors in the product, which Lopez reportedly picked out herself. Lopez, who is known for her glow, will reportedly give customers the same impact with names like a bronzer called Boogie Down Bronze and a highlighter called Livin’ the Highlight.

Customers who are anxious to try the new product before its official release can take advantage of a pre-sale on certain products on April 17.

“The capsule collection we created with Inglot is filled with all my go-to products in my favorite colors,” said Lopez in a statement. “We have everything from mascara, lipsticks, eyelashes, blush, eye shadow and of course…bronzers.”

She is also slated to roll out the Freedom System, a specialized palette where customers will be able to make up their own shades with a selection of more than 300,000 possible combinations.

Lopez spoke on the Freedom System Palette and explained how it’s different from similar products.

“Now you no longer have to buy that 5-piece eyeshadow kit to get the one color you really want!”

Inglot will be sold online and in certain Macy’s stores.

She's Joining The Club

Lopez is in good company as multiple celebrities have launched their own cosmetic brands recently. Singer Rihanna has experienced much success since her release of Fenty last year. She made headlines after her foundation came in 40 different shades, catering to a group of diverse women with varying skin tones.

Kim Kardashian's KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics by Kylie Jenner have seen controversy amid their successful makeup brands that feature highlights, bronzers, concealers, and other makeup products.

'Shades Of Blue' Going Off The Air

Lopez will have more time on her hands to work on her new brand as reports revealed her police drama, NBC’s Shades of Blue, will end after its upcoming third season.

Lopez released a statement and said that while the show is ending, she is thankful for the time she was able to play a woman with so many different layers, from a police officer to a mother. She said playing her character, Harlee Santos, helped her become a more assertive woman in real life.

“It’s crazy how some parts permeate your soul and change you forever and for that I am grateful,” said Lopez.
