The late Sopranos star James Gandolfini took steps in his will to provide for his family following his death in Italy last month.

Although the actor didn't leave any hard cash to his wife or offspring, he did provide for them through other means as revealed through his will that was filed with Manhattan Surrogate's Court on Tuesday, according to the New York Daily News.

Gandolfini had a 13-year-old son, Michael, from his previous marriage with Marcella Wudarski. Following the couple's divorce in 2002, an insurance trust was created for their dun, according to the New York Daily News.

Michael will receive thie $7,000 trust when he turns 21, reports iVillage. In addition to this trust, his son will also be granted his clothing and jewelry along with the right to his Greenwich condo and New York City parking space.

Gandolfini's current wife, Deborah Lin, and their 9-month-old daughter Liliana will receive 20 percent of the late actors estate of unknown value. Both Michael and Liliana will receive half the shares of Gandolfini's property in Italy, according to the New York Daily News. Meanwhile, his sisters Leta Gandolfini and Johanna Antonacci will each be recipiants of Gandolfini's generosity and will both be granted 30 percent of his estate.

With roughly 20 percent of the estate remaining (not counting the property granted to Michael), Gandolfini gave $500,000 to each of his tow nieces and several of his employees and friends were left bequests exceeding $50,000, according to iVillage.
