'Magic Mike 3' star will be featuring a much more hairier Channing Tatum, it seems. The actor himself said he has no plans of shaving for this particular installment, in the bid to change the norm.

On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!.' the Dog actor and director was quite generous in discussing the highly-anticipated "Magic Mike 3," quite game in answering some of the host's funny questions.

On Tuesday night, he talked about his history of shaving his head and how he became that way.  This prompted Kimmel to ask, "Speaking of hair removal, what about Magic Mike? Will you be waxing your body for that soon? Is that starting yet?"

"No," Tatum said with a smile. "We are going to change with the times, and I am not gonna do the whole waxing thing. I think I'm just gonna go natural. Yeah."

Kimmel then asked if it is true that waxing is now no longer a trend among male dancers, Tatum answered that "it's a new day."

"I think we're gonna try to change it. I think we're gonna just- it's a new day. It's a new day," he said. The comic however hinted that this could just be because the actor himself does not want o wax.

Caught out, Tatum replied with a laugh, "Yep, pretty much. A little bit of hair is fine!"

The actor also revealed that he was not sure if he was up to a third installment of the movie. While the first two were phenomenal, it does not necessarily mean the main actor would want to make a third. In fact, revealed that he made some conditions before agreeing to reprise his role.

"I wanted to make the Super Bowl of stripper movies" with the "best dancers in the world going off." And "secondly, I really wanted to have a really strong female central character," he revealed.

Magic Mike's Last Dance was announced in November. The film will be directed by Steven Soderbergh, who directed "Magic Mike 1," which was released in 2012.

"There are no words for how excited I am to blow the doors off of the world of Magic Mike with Steven, Greg, Reid, and the amazing people at HBO Max," Tatum said in a statement at the time. "The stripperverse will never be the same."

It can be recalled that when the first installment came out, Tatum revealed that he actually had an experience as a stripper.

Speaking to People magazine back in 2012, he opened up about the aspects of the job that he was fine with and not. "I enjoyed the performing part of dancing but I didn't really love taking my clothes off. It was fun while it lasted," he said.
