Fans were shocked when an autopsy declared Bob Saget's death as "accidental," showing big skull fractures. More recently, a famed pathologist weighed in on the issue and insisted the comedian's family investigate further about the case.

Famed forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht commented on the matter, saying if Saget's family would allow authorities, the body should be investigated more and undergo a second autopsy to know more about his movements and what he did a few moments before passing away.

The doctor noted that the injuries fractures found by the Orange County Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Stephany's autopsy could "not have been sustained by one fall."

Wecht is shocked upon learning that Stephany attributed the "Full House" actor's death to one fall because his passing isn't possible to have occurred with the incident.

"I would like to see that medical examiner and the consultant he dealt with explain how you get all those injuries from one fall. No way!" the doctor told Radar Online.

Wecht explained that the fracture found in the actor's head requires a significant force which is common in a "significant fall or of a violent nature."

He compared the sustained injury to being hit by a motor vehicle accident where the head moved back and forth.

At the time of this writing, Saget's family has not publicly opened up whether they wanted the actor's body to undergo another autopsy or not.

Dr. Stephany concluded that the actor stuck his head then "somehow" crawled into his bed, where he was found unresponsive. He also clarified that there was no foul play involved.

Bob Saget passed away on January 9, 2022, a few hours after he performed his last comedy show. He was found unresponsive inside his Ritz-Carlton hotel room in Orlando, Floria.

In early reports, another medical expert believes the head trauma that Saget experienced is prevalent.

Dr. Leana Wen noted that more than 61,000 Americans die from traumatic brain injury. Most of the time, it is linked to falls.

Another expert, Dr. Joshua Marcus of Nuvance Health, sees Saget's death as more than just a "benign head trauma," saying if a person has a fracture, they have to have "enough blunt force on a bone in order to fracture it."
