The #JusticeForJohnnyDepp still stands tall as Johnny Depp is yet to score the fairness he has been fighting for.

Depp's fans were left shocked after the actor's estranged wife, Amber Heard, landed a new role while he still struggles in finding a new film and series to star on. For what it's worth, Depp ultimately lost his major roles in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Fantastic Beasts" franchises after losing in the libel case against The Sun.

Though he is about to face Heard again for the defamation lawsuit he filed against her, he lost again when the actress managed to secure a new job.

Variety confirmed that the "Aquaman" star would appear in the supernatural thriller film "In The Fire." The same news outlet said that the recording would be held in Italy, with the principal photography scheduled to start on February 21.

Because of this, fans could not help but trend #JusticeForJohnnyDepp again as the actor continues to face rejections for allegedly abusing Heard in the past.

One exclaimed, "Who seriously sits there and thinks "you know what this movie needs, Amber Heard" STOP CASTING ABUSERS!!!!! #JusticeForJohnnyDepp."

"Daily reminder that Amber Heard is a horrible human and does not deserve her fame. Stop casting an abuser #JusticeForJohnnyDepp," another wrote.

#JusticeForJohnnyDepp Trend Also Celebrates Actor's Milestone

Aside from blasting Heard, the #JusticeForJohnnyDepp trend was also used to celebrate Depp's new milestone.

Balkan Insight reported that the controversial Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić awarded Depp a medal of honor on Tuesday. The recognition highlights the actor's "outstanding merits in public and cultural activities, especially in the field of film art and the promotion of the Republic of Serbia in the world."

"I truly, sincerely thank you, President Vučić, and this medal of merit, if I am given the honor to walk away with this, I thank you for being kind enough to bestow it upon me," the actor said. "I'm right now on the verge of a new life and I like it, I like a re-beginning. And I would love for that for that beginning to start here."

Previously, Depp also received the Donostia Award at the San Sebastian International Film Festival in September, where he also spoke up about cancel culture.
