Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are now legally divorced and the latter's current partner, Sharna Burgess, has nothing to say but kind words to the actress after a fan asked her a specific question online.

The professional dancer took to her Instagram stories to answer a series of questions asked by fans. One follower asked her how she deals with "following in Megan Fox's footsteps."

The "Dancing With The Stars" alum said she doesn't usually answer those types of questions, but she think she had to address it as many women "struggle comparing themselves to a partner."

The reason behind it is that society made the norm of women being a "competitive gender."

"We are measured by our looks and our weight more than we are weighed by anything else," she wrote.

Elsewhere in her lengthy response, Burgess said she doesn't compare herself to the "Transformers" actress as both of them are their own selves and are "amazing women."

"If you live by that idea then it will lead you to the same result. The relationship ending, "You are a unique one of a kind woman, don't follow in anyone's footsteps, make your own path. Create the path YOU want,' she added. (via People Magazine)

Concluding her post, the dancer shared a remark which coincidentally falls on the same day as international women's day, saying women are powerful creatures and they don't need to tear down others to make them feel more powerful.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green called it quits in 2020 after being married for a decade. They had three children together named Journey River, Noah Shannon, and Bodhi Ransom.

A few months after the pair separated, Green and Sharna Burgess started dating, and last month, they announced that they're expecting their first child.

In the same Q&A, the "DWTS" star shared something about her pregnancy, saying she was on birth control when she found out she was pregnant.

Burgess said it came as a surprise as they're planning to have the baby later this year.

The dancer proudly shared her baby bump online as she shared the big news to her 942,000 followers on Instagram.

"And suddenly my world would never be the same. Forever greater, forever expanded and deeper. Forever abundant and unconditional," Burgess captioned the post.
