Lauren Sanchez has been dating Amazon founder Jeff Bezos for a few years now, and the general public still has little information about the media personality. What does she do for a living, and what are the facts that fans didn't know about her?

According to The Sun, the 52-year-old personality started her career in Los Angeles, California. She had a small start by being KCOP-TV's desk assistant.

Her career continued to skyrocket when she was appointed as a TV anchor for KTVK-TV and Extra in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sanchez has worked in several news stations around the United States, including Fox Sports Net, leading her to snag several nominations from the Emmy Awards.

Despite being known as a personality in the broadcasting industry, little did fans know that the Latina personality is also versatile as she worked in a few movies as a cameo.

Sanchez has also starred in films like "The Dark Knight," "The Day After Tomorrow," and "Fight Club."

Outside the limelight, the 52-year-old TV star is a licensed pilot. She used her skills to turn it into a business as she established Black Ops Aviation, an aerial filming company.

Rumors about their romance started circulating in early 2018 after being photographed eating together.

Their relationship became controversial as there were reports in 2019 saying the Billionaire has been romantically seeing the media personality despite being married to MacKenzie Scott.

After Bezos' divorce was finalized in 2019, they started dating publicly and have appeared in numerous events ever since.

In the past, Sanchez was also married to Patrick Whitesell in 2005, but they reportedly separated in 2018. Their divorce was also finalized the same year when she publicized her romance with the Amazon founder.

Lauren Sánchez's Family Life

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the media personality got her flying skills from her parents, Ray and Eleanor Sánchez, who are reportedly a flight instructor and a mechanic.

The "Good Day LA" host went on to have her own children. Her eldest child was born in 2001 when she was still in a relationship with NFL star Tony Gonzalez.

After tying the knot with Whitesell, she also had two other children; one in 2005 and another in 2008.
