Kanye West was removed from the Grammy's, and while it was not directly said, many said it was because the rapper had the audacity to make a racial slur against Trevor Noah, the host. Even though many in the public reserved their sympathy for Noah, some believe that Kanye being removed is actually an act of racism in itself.

The Game in particular, came into the defense of Kanye West. The Game defended the rapper's right to perform at the event.

Representatives for "Famous" singer Kanye West confirmed to Variety on March 19 that he was dropped from the roster of the performance because of his "concerning internet behavior."

However, The  Game does not believe that completely. The artist took to Instagram to speculate that Kanye West's recent social media attacks against Trevor Noah, who will be hosting the Grammys on April 3, may have prompted the decision. And he does not agree with that decision.

"The Grammys have at the last minute decided to pull @kanyewest from performing on the show as if we didn't know it was coming," wrote the artist, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor. "Could be because @trevornoah is hosting and there was a conversation held amongst his team & the academy that led to the decision or because Ye's account was suspended just days ago for reasons unknown especially in a world where all the negativities of the world can be found on the same app with no repercussions or suspensions...."

More than this however, the artist claimed that this is another blatant example of how black artists are always placed in inferior positions, with their contributions to the industry downplayed and easily disregarded.

"Time & time again they show us that they only want to STEAL the culture, not allow you to ever be their equals," he posted. "We'll just say it's all of the above & a continuous disrespect for us & all that we have brought to the table in entertainment, media & sports over the last 100 years especially."

Considering that Kanye was also just banned from Instagram for using racial slurs towards Trevor Noah after the "Daily Show" host made a comment on Kanye's drama-filled breakup with his ex Kim Kardashian on air, siding with Kim, the Recording Academy mentioning his social media conduct may come as no surprise to fans.  There are those who believe that if both Trevor and Kanye would be at the event at the same time, this can lead to a drama the producers to handle.

It is also feasible that Kanye would harass Kim or her new lover Pete Davidson while on stage.

Kanye West's album Donda has been nominated for five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, this year. According to Variety, he "may have been a planned performer" even though he wasn't on the list of booked artists released earlier this week.

Meanwhile, if there is anyone who truly appreciated Noah's comments, it's Kim Kardashian. The comments were "heartfelt" and she was grateful for them, per an insider. She even allegedly hoped that Kanye would apologize to Noah.

"Kim only wants for Kanye to leave Pete alone and not go after him on Instagram. Whatever it is going to take for that to happen, Kim is fully supportive of it," one source shared to HollywoodLife. "Kim also believes that Kanye owes Trevor an apology because his remarks directed at Trevor were unacceptable. She found what Trevor said on her behalf to be so heartfelt and she thinks that he expressed her sentiments perfectly."
