Joss Whedon is busy casting The Avengers: Age of Ultron and the latest casting call may give a few new hints at the upcoming film.

A new description for The Avengers answers a few looming questions, including Ultron's true origins.

While Whedon previously stated that Ultron's canonical creator, Hank Pym/Ant-Man, would not be featured in the 2015 film, he did not disclose how Ultron would come to be. Speculations spurred on by the recent title reveal video at Comic-Con believe that Ultron may be an Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) project gone wrong. It appears they are right.

"Loki is gone and the new villain will be the evil robot Ultron, who has the ability to keep upgrading his own strength, making him extremely fearsome," reads the latest casting call, according to Feature Film Casting. "Tony Stark/Iron Man becomes the unwitting creator of Ultron."

Also revealed in the casting call is the fact that both Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) will play major roles in the Avengers sequel.

Black Widow already has a substantial part to play in Captain America: The Winter Solider and Whedon already confirmed her larger role in Age of Ultron. However, compared to the scant amount of screen time Hawkeye received in the last film, this new larger role will be a welcome change for Clint Barton fans.
