Actress Michelle Yeoh has been enjoying a major career resurgence lately. With her new multiverse-jumping action film Everything Everywhere All At Once enjoying both critical and audience acclaim, she is proving to be one of the most dynamic and impressive actresses to be working today - and her streak of hits shows no signs of stopping.

Known for her skill in intricate fight choreography, stunt work, and being a true vision to behold on screen, Yeoh has made her mark in both Hong Kong and American properties. One of the only actresses Jackie Chan will let do her own stunts, her prowess in both dance and the martial arts has made her an actress to contend with.

She has appeared in both Marvel's Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, the hit comedy Crazy Rich Asians, she has also appeared as anti-hero Phillipa Georgiou on Star Trek: Discovery, where she was given a spin-off titled Star Trek: Section 31. (Not to mention, she also played Bond girl Wai Lin in Tomorrow Never Dies.)

Now quickly becoming a fan favorite, the 59-year-old actress has landed roles in some more major properties as of late. Not only will she be starring in the Netflix miniseries prequel The Witcher: Blood Origin, she has also announced that she will be starring in ALL of the sequels to James Cameron's worldwide phenomenon Avatar, where she will have the recurring role of Dr. Karina Mogue.

In an interview posted by Entertainment Weekly, Yeoh said, 

"So, yes, I am in the Avatar sequels and as you know we can't really talk very much about it. But it's James Cameron! Come on! I would be the tea lady for James Cameron!

"We shot for a few weeks, and I was so impressed with the work that he's done, the work that he's doing, the energy. He's a genius, he's a walking genius. And I really really enjoyed the experience and I can't wait to go back soon, I hope."

Her other projects include the Netflix film The School for Good and Evil, based on the Soman Chainani novel, which will be directed by Paul Feig, as well as the television adaptation of American Born Chinese by director Destin Daniel Cretton (who helmed Shang-Chi) based on the graphic novel involving an immigrant family who has to battle Chinese gods. 

Proving time and time again that she is an unstoppable force in the industry, Michelle Yeoh has been entertaining fans for nearly four decades, and the fever around this incredible actress is without a doubt at its height.
