Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's defamation trial is being broadcast live, and the viewers just witnessed the actress' lawyer committing a big mistake.

A clip from the Monday questioning recently went viral as it recorded the mistake that one of Heard's attorneys made.

In the video, attorney Adam Nadelaft started questioning Depp's house manager, Ben King. He pressured him over the 2015 fight between Depp and Heard in Australia that left the actor with a severed finger.

"You didn't know what could cause damage to Mr. Depp's hand while you were there on March 8, correct?" Nadelhaft asked King.

The house manager responded by saying that a doctor had told him about Depp's injury. But before he was able to finish his explanation, Heard's attorney suddenly interjected in a way that affected the whole team's credibility.

Nadelhaft said, "objection, hearsay," and Judge Penney Azcarate immediately told him that he was the one who asked the question.

The already stammering Nadelhaft then pulled himself together before giving another question.

The same video showed everyone in the court - including Depp and his attorney - controlling their laughs and shock due to the in-court gaffe.

Johnny Depp's House Manager Drops More Critical Testimony

The blunder aside, people learned more about the case during King's questioning.

King revealed that he was there when the ex-couple fought inside their Gold Coast house in March 2015. He said that he heard the "Aquaman" actress hysterically sobbing and crying when he entered the house where the estranged couple was staying.

He learned that Heard started crying after Depp sustained the injury to his finger. In addition, King recalled seeing smashed and cracked walls, broken classes, cracked TV, broken lamps, and collapsed ping-pong table, among others, inside the house.

"She was quite hysterical and crying a lot ... It was suggested that Miss Heard go to a local hotel to leave the house ... which then became a suggestion that she go back to LA ... She was resistant to both of those suggestions," King added.

The house manager eventually detailed how he saw the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor's guitar with bloodstains. A broken vodka bottle and blood drips were also around the area.

Yahoo! reported that King found Depp's missing fingertip in a bloody paper towel near the bar one hour after his arrival. He put it on ice and handed it to the actor's private doctor, Dr. David Kipper, and head of security Jerry Judge.
