Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie McClelland aren't so little anymore compared to when Ellen DeGeneres first discovered them. They recently returned to the show to sing their rendition of "Super Bass" for its final season.

According to People Magazine, the famous cousins took the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" stage to sing the chart-topping Nicki Minaj song that made them famous years back.

When their original video went viral, the pair were just 9 and 5 years old. Today, Sophia Grace is 19, while Rosie is 15.

The duo appeared on the show more than 30 times in the last decade.

Ellen gave them numerous opportunities, from attending red carpets to interviewing celebrities like Justin Bieber, Drake, and more, to meeting Nicki Minaj in person to shower them with gifts.

Before standing up to rap the verse, Sophia Grace gave fans an insight into how the video, which has over 54 million views on her YouTube channel, came to fruition.

The singer said she always used to play dress-up when she was younger, and so did her cousin Rosie.

When she was playing dress-up at the time, Rosie was wearing a costume of The Virgin Mary.

"I was around and Rosie was wearing the outfit. I kept singing Nicki Minaj all the time and my Auntie, Rosie's mom, was the only one who had an iPhone," she explained.

Her cousin immediately changed costumes to film the video.

The duo then recalled some of their favorite moments throughout their numerous appearance on "The Ellen Show."

Rosie looked back when they met Justin Bieber, who kissed her on the cheek at the Kids Choice Awards.

At the time, the singer said she was grossed out, saying, "oh a boy, he's kissing me on the cheek," but looking back at it today, she'd let Bieber kiss her on the cheek again.

The duo is now pursuing their solo careers in music. Sophia Grace released her latest song, "Little Things," on May 6, accompanied by a music video.

On the other hand, Rosie, who uses her full name Rosie McClelland, released a track titled "Safe In Your Love" earlier this week.

The final episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" will be released on May 26.
