The fight is far from over as Blac Chyna is ready to face the Kardashians again in court weeks after losing her defamation lawsuit against the famous family; what are they tackling next?

According to the Daily Mail UK, the reality star is taking her ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian, to court as he allegedly posted her nude photos online as a form of "revenge porn" after they broke up.

The couple was a hit to "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fans before as they had their own spin-off show titled "Rob & Chyna."

Judge Gregory Alarcon had already set the date for the trial which will start on June 13. The youngest Kardashian member was not present in court when the date was announced today.

The music video model was also not present at the hearing, but her legal representative, Lynne Ciani, attended through audio hook-up.

Chyna's lawyer is fighting to remove Alarcon from the upcoming case as the model's camp claims that he was "extremely biased" during their previous trial against Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner.

Dream Kardashian's mom accused the famous women of defaming her and intentionally using their connections to end the "Rob & Chyna" reality series after one season.

The jurors did not ultimately absolve the Kardashians from the case, but they didn't believe Chyna deserved any damages.

The model failed to seek $108 million from her case.

Shortly after her lawsuit wrapped up, her mother, Tokyo Toni, set up a GoFundMe page in an attempt to collect $400,000 to pay her legal fees.

As of this writing, her fundraising page amassed $1,331.

Attorney Ciani had also filed a "Statement of Disqualification" against Alarcon as Chyna's camp alleged that he had been extremely biased and the model did not receive a "fair trial."

The Judge defended himself in a statement, saying, "I am not prejudiced or biased against or in favor of any party to this proceeding or their counsel."

He added that all rulings made by him are based on "facts and arguments officially presented to me and upon my understanding with law."

Despite the case being highly publicized, the Kardashian family has not commented on the matter.
