Amber Heard tried to speak her truth, but Savannah Guthrie wasn't buying it.

Heard was put on a hot seat again during her appearance in what she thought could be her saving grace after losing to Johnny Depp.

In an exclusive interview with Savannah Guthrie on the "TODAY" show, which is airing on Tuesday and Wednesday, the host grilled her due to the audio recordings in which she admitted that she abused Depp.

The "Aquaman" actress claimed - again - that she was the victim of the actor's abuse. She insisted that she never had to instigate it but rather responded to it.

However, Guthrie seemingly found something off that she mentioned the audio tapes. The recordings in question revealed Depp and Heard's conversation about their fight in Australia.

The incident led the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor to suffer from a severed right middle finger.

"I'm looking at transcript where he says. 'You start physical fights' and you said, 'I did start a physical fight. I can't say I won't start one again.' This is in black and white. I understand the context, but you testified you never started a physical fight and here you are on tape saying you did," Guthrie said.

Heard defended herself and said that the tapes did not share the whole story. The host found a hole again and questioned why the actress had not submitted the full recordings since the trial started.

The actress responded, saying that she is not a lawyer to do so.

Elsewhere in the interview, Guthrie pointed out the fact that Heard kept on provoking Depp, seemingly triggering the actor by saying, "Oh, tell the world, Johnny Depp, I, a man, am a victim of domestic violence."

In the end, the two spoke about the First Amendment, and the actress said she spoke the truth and revealed it to power.

After the release of the first part of the interview, people expressed their wrath as Heard continuously lied even after the defamation trial ended.

It's Not Therapy! show host Liana Kerzner said, "We're all sick of Amber Heard at this point, but I do see the newsworthiness of her Today interview. This is the woman whom many journalists have insisted we MUST support in order to preserve the #MeToo movement. This interview provides a sense of her, and it ain't pretty."
