Joy Behar is allegedly out to get Whoopi Goldberg, but they have since been set against one other.

According to a Globe magazine source, Behar wants Goldberg to leave "The View" because she wants to be the show's number one host.

One way she'll make it happen for herself is if the "Sister Act" actress exits the program permanently.

According to the source, "Joy has been discreetly advocating for Whoopi's removal."

"She's been saying for months that Whoopi is a burden, and it's in everyone's best interest if she gets gone so the ratings can rise and fresh talent can be brought in."

According to the insider, Joy Behar has no intentions to leave the show and intends to continue as host for as long as feasible.

However, the insider believes that Joy Behar may leave the program soon because she is 79 years old and not as well as she used to be.

Behar, who turns 80 this year, may not be as mobile as she once was, but continuing on "The View" provides a lot of encouragement for her to keep going, especially for those people who believe in her.

"She believes she still has plenty of fight in in her, and she'll be damned if Whoopi's grouchy, self-obsessed foolishness causes her to walk away from the best gig she's ever had," they said.

However, the Globe article should be taken with a grain of salt because there is no evidence that Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar are feuding, nor is there any validity to allegations that the latter is scheming the former's departure from "The View."

Aside from the claims, Whoopi Goldberg has lately made news for demanding a $23 million compensation from the show's creators.

According to another allegation by the site, Goldberg is considering leaving "The View," but she has already signed a multi-year contract extension.

As a result, she allegedly asked that producers give her full payment so that she could leave the program amicably.

Meanwhile, take this claim with a grain of salt, since there is no truth to allegations that Whoopi Goldberg wants to quit "The View" permanently.

She did, however, take a vacation following the outrage she received for her horrific statements regarding the Holocaust.
