Gwyneth Paltrow's ski trial saga is making its way to the theater.

The Pleasance, a London theater, has joined forces with Awkward Productions for a new comedy parody musical titled "Gwyneth Goes Skiing."

The musical is based on the Goop founder's 2016 ski collision with retired optometrist Terry Sanderson and the subsequent legal battle that concluded in March, with Paltrow emerging victorious.

Running from Dec. 13 to 23, the musical promises to be a delightful mix of "love, betrayal, skiing and (somehow) Christmas."

The official synopsis shared via The Pleasance's Instagram sets the stage: "She's the Goop-founding, door-sliding, Shakespeare-in-loving, consciously uncoupling Hollywood superstar. He's a retired optometrist from Utah. In 2016, they went skiing. On the slopes of Deer Valley, their worlds collided, and so did they - literally. Ouch. Seven years later, in 2023, they went to court. Double ouch. This is their story. Kind of. Not really."

Starring Linus Karp as Paltrow and Joseph Martin as Sanderson, the musical will feature original music by singer-songwriter Leland, who has collaborated with artists such as Cher and Troye Sivan.

Karp and Martin expressed their excitement about the show in a joint statement to Entertainment Weekly.

"We are Gooped at the amazing reception for 'Gwyneth Goes Skiing.' We're having so much fun putting the show together. It's going to be beyond ridiculous and absolutely wild. See you in court," the statement read.

Paltrow has not publicly addressed the satirical stage adaptation as of this writing.

The musical has already generated significant interest, with tickets for the opening night show now sold out, E! News reported.

A behind-the-scenes video from a photo shoot for "Gwyneth Goes Skiing" shared on Instagram provides a sneak peek into the production.

Sanderson filed a $300,000 lawsuit against Paltrow, claiming he was left with a concussion, four broken ribs, a brain injury and a "loss of enjoyment of life" after they collided on the ski slope at Deer Valley Resort in Utah in 2016. Paltrow countersued for a symbolic $1 claim and attorney fees.

The jury ultimately ruled in favor of Paltrow following a televised two-week trial.

Memorable moments from the trial, including Paltrow's testimony and a courtroom exchange where she told Sanderson, "I wish you well," became internet memes.
