A pilot who flew Justin Bieber recently said the pop singer was stoned on the flight from smoking so much marijuana, and that he was on the verge of putting on an oxygen mask because of the 19-year-old and his crew.

Bieber and a group of his friends got high in their SUV on the way to the airport for a coast-to-coast flight on a private jet, sources told TMZ.
The pilot flying Bieber and his crew told the website smoke billowed out of the car when its doors opened on the tarmac, adding, "I almost had to put on an oxygen mask."

"It was like 'Cheech and Chong Up In Smoke," the pilot said, referring to a 1978 movie about two stoners who unknowingly smuggle a van made entirely of marijuana from Mexico to Los Angeles.

The pilot, who was not named by the news outlet, said Bieber was "baked out of his mind" on the flight so much so that his head spun when he was asked to sign a credit card authorization, asking "huh, what? Who am I signing this for?' "

The Beauty and a Beat singer did not smoke during the flight but some of the people who he was with reportedly lit up Swisher Sweet blunt cigars, which are legal since they group was flying private. The flight itself cost more than $60,000.

It is not confirmed where Bieber was flying to and from. He recently returned to Canada to be with his father Jeremy Bieber as he underwent knee surgery on Tuesday. Justin left behind New York Fashion Week, where he debuted a new mustache, to fly to his hometown of Stratford, Ontario.

"My boy @justinbieber flew all the way home to be with me for my surgery. What an incredible boy. #love," Jeremy tweeted.
