The L.A. County District Attorney rejected two cases targeting Justin Bieber on Wednesday, clearing the singer of allegedly spitting on his neighbor and also speeding recklessly in his Calabasas neighborhood.

Prosecutors decided there is insufficient evidence to charge the pop star.

In the first case, the alleged victim saved the glob of spit from the dispute that took place last March, but that was not enough for prosecution, according to TMZ. The judge said the case was based on one person's word against another and Bieber denied ever assaulting his neighbor, who confronted the Boyfriend singer about his driving habits in their gated community.

The D.A. said during the altercation, the neighbor told police Bieber told him, "I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f**king kill you." Investigators concluded that the singer's actions were "disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber's actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat."

As for the speeding case, a video tape proved that Bieber was not in the Ferrari in question at the time of the incident. He was riding behind the car on a motorcycle. The D.A. also noted that singer Tyler, the Creator took responsibility for driving the vehicle in a TMZ video, shown below.

Bieber has not responded to the court decision. Messages left for his representative, Melissa Victor, weren't immediately returned Wednesday, Fox News reported. The singer is currently on his Believe world tour and announced on Wednesday a project to unveil new music in the coming weeks.
