The Hemsworth brothers were a united front on Monday.

On a break from shooting The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Liam Hemsworth attended the premiere of Thor: The Dark World at Hollywood's El Capitan Theatre in support of the film's star, his brother Chris Hemsworth.

The duo made red carpet appearances in the past together as well, but Liam skipped the New York premiere of Chris' racing movie Rush on Sept. 18 to avoid any questions from reporters days after breaking up with Miley Cyrus.

Monday also did not mark Liam's first red carpet since the breakup, but it was his first film premiere.

Liam's film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire hits theaters Nov. 22, and Thor: The Dark World opens Nov. 8. Chris, who stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday to show off his superhero strength, is currently filming Heart of the Sea.

Chris admitted to Ellen DeGeneres in September that unlike Liam's very public relationship with ex-fiancee Cyrus, he and wife Elsa Pataky are "lucky" that the media do not give them as much attention.

"I'm lucky. I've spoken to a few people about it. I don't know that you can ever...it sort of is what it is," Chris said to DeGeneres. "At times you're a target and at times you're not. My wife and I, we kind of life a simple, boring life. We're not rolling out of clubs at 4 in the morning - not to say Liam is by the way...I mean, he has once or twice."

The 30-year-old actor talked about how he and his brother both initially tried out for the role of Thor.
