Katherine Jackson returned home early morning on July 26 from her more than one week vacation in Arizona where she was not in touch with her family, specifically Michael's three children, Paris, Prince andd Blanket, ABC reported.

Paris,14, tweeted "grandma's here ! #thankyougod <33" early Thursday morning and Marlon Jackson, Michael Jackson's older brother, also tweeted that Katherine was back, adding that she looked and sounded great.

Now finding out about losing custody of her grandchildren, Michael's mother spoke up in an exclusive interview with ABC about the whole matter and her plan to straighten things out.

"I am devastated that while I've been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home," Katherine Jackson. "There's a lot of lies that have been put out there and I am going home to straighten them out, and this kind of stuff doesn't make sense," she said.

The emergency court hearing, handing custody over to Michael's nephew, TJ Jackson, 34, happened on July 25 in Los Angeles while Katherine,82, was vacationing in Arizona, unaware of what was taking place back home. She spoke to ABC News from the Miraval Arizona Report & Spa in Tucson, Ariz., where she had been for at least a week.

During her on-camera interview, her children Rebbie, Jermaine and Janet Jackson stood by her side. Katherine stated that handing over temporary custody to TJ Jackson, the son of Michael's brother, Tito, was "based on a bunch of lies."

"I told him it wasn't necessary for him to go down and sign for guardianship," she said of TJ. "I don't know who instructed him to do that ... but the ruling in court was about the guardianship and I think it was based on a bunch of lies, but I have a good idea who's doing that and who's behind that."

Katherine, however, did not give a specific name as to who she thinks is behind all this.

According to E! News, several of Michael's siblings flew Katherine to Arizona in "an apparent plot to wrest away control of his multimillion-dollar estate." Katherine's monthly allowance of $86,000 as the children's legal guardian will also be handed over to TJ.

E! also noted that the money was what motivated Katherine's children to fly her to Arizona and separate her from her grandkids as they  sought out a way to invalidate Michael's will. Custody was given to TJ because Katherine had not spoken with Michael's children in several days, according to The Associated Press.

"There's a lot of lies that have been put out there and I am going home to straighten them out, and this kind of stuff doesn't make sense," she said.

The guardianship will be reviewed once again at a hearing scheduled for next month, according to MTV. Katherine had custody of the children since Michael's death in 2009.
