Ashley Greene hosted a party for Nylon magazine to celebrate their latest issue.

The 25-year-old appears on the cover of the magazine's August 2012 issue and spoke to reporters at the event at Blok in Hollywood, California, despite the news coverage of the real-life breakup of her "Twilight" costars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

When asked what her opinion was of the Kristen Stewart affair scandal, the "Twilight" star chose to remain neutral on the subject.

"I'm not taking sides," she replied.

"It's a lot of the same thing with her being that supportive rock for Bella and Edward and not really choosing sides," she said referring to her onscreen character Alice Cullen.

Greene shared her thoughts on Stewart and Pattinson's relationship in an exclusive video posted on X17 Online.

Greene became famous literally overnight when she played Alice Cullen in every film of the "Twilight" franchise: "Twilight" (2008), "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" (2009), "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" (2012), "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" (2011). She will appear in the last film of the series, "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2" when it arrives in theaters this fall.

The movies are a film adaptation of the hit novels by author Stephenie Meyer.

Greene has appeared on billboards and magazines as a campaign model for fashion designer Donna Karan for her DKNY ads and has won several Teen Choice Awards including Scene Stealer Female and Movie Fresh Face Female.
